MULO is a careful research and selection of what the land is offering us, because coffee, like the rest of agriculture, is a seasonal product, which is personally cared for and enriched by the experience of our Italian roaster.

With more than 10 years of experience at Rome’s most famous coffee shop “La Casa Del Caffè Tazza D’Oro” as barista and coffee roaster, Daniele brings the art and culture of making the ultimate cup of espresso in Asia through the perfect roasting technique.
After spending the last few years in Taiwan, contributing to the opening of a chain of italian coffee shops sharing the roasting and barista knowledge, Daniele feels the need to get to know the coffee plants in their natural habitat such as Vietnam, that offers the possibility to work the coffee beans at 360 degrees, from the plant to the cup.
